Description

The Digital Media Buyer is a key player in the digital advertising ecosystem, responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of online ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creative thinking to ensure that ads reach the right audience effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate for the Digital Media Buyer (Ad Operations) position will be a strategic thinker with a good negotiator\'s mindset, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to achieving results. They will have a proven track record of managing successful media buying campaigns and staying up-to-date with advertising trends and platform changes . Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of media buying experience, with a strong understanding of digital advertising trends and what is effective in the industry 
  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, mass media communications, or a related field is preferred 
  • Deep knowledge of Meta and Google ad buying platforms, as well as other digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads 
  • Proficiency in using media analytics tools and experience with various media campaigns and deal structures (CPV, CPM, CPC, CPA) 
  • Certifications such as Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional are advantageous 
  • Native-level English speaking and writing skills

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement media buying strategies for Meta and Google platforms, including campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance review
  • Manage online ad campaigns, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and making real-time adjustments to optimize results
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and media buying opportunities, and develop plans that align with campaign goals and budgets 
  • Analyze campaign and audience data to optimize media buying strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns 
  • Negotiate with publishers, vendors, and media outlets to secure the best rates and placements for media campaigns 
  • Multitask and organize multiple projects, maintaining excellent attention to detail throughout
